STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin -> Settings -> Context Menu -> Get New Services
2. Search for duplicate

Empty items are shown

Also JFYI, "Duplicate" is built into Dolphin.

Still cannot reproduce. Have you been able to reproduce this with the latest KDE megarelease code?
