SUMMARY
OSDs on lockscreen use dark background and dark text, making them unreadable. Desktop theme is Breeze Light.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set theme to Breeze Light
2. Lock screen
3. Trigger an OSD notification somehow (eg changing the volume)

OBSERVED RESULT
Dark background and dark text. Screenshot attached.

EXPECTED RESULT
Theme-appropriate background.
