Ability to override the global preferences for each group especially the Settings/ Posting/ Technical/ X-Headers field.

Ability to add a X-Header while composing an article.

Overriding X-Headers per account would also be useful, at least until Bug 92261 is fixed.  I don't necessarily want to use the same X-Face with each account/identity.
