SUMMARY
When launched with LC_ALL=C context, the first entry in the menu "3 stacked dots" (More Actions) of the "Processes" tab is not displayed nor active.
When launched without special context, thus in French, this entry is truncated 'Afficher : Process...'
This option displays another menu with undistinguishable entries because also truncated:
Processus Per...
Processus de l...
Processus du...
Tous les proce...

System Monitor only sets the actions, Kirigami is responsible for creating the menu. So this is either a Kirigami bug or somewhere in the style.
