Finally I have found the cause. I have some file shares mounted with autofs. When Filelight starts to scan /, these shares are mounted and their data are reported by Filelight, The bug does not occur if Filelight scans / while the computer is disconnected from the network. Please see the attached screesnhot. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. open Filelight 2. click on "Scan root folder" 3.
