STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Discover-plasma several times, from terminal, with snap, with Ubuntu Software and the graphical interface with written fonts still does not appear. Only graphics and icons appear but no font, no words, no numbers, no text. It is very strange because the upper part where the applications are listed, that text does appear but the lower part where this configuration, options, version, has no words or text. In the search box you cannot write, no character is marked and in the results area only the application icons and graphics such as rectangles, shadowed squares appear, but no text.
Finally, I would like to say that I have several desktops installed and when I open the Cinnamon one, discover has the same problem. However, in the Plasma X11 environment, everything is fine here, the discover interface is complete and without errors.
2. I have tried to do what is explained in the Askubuntu and Kdebuntu forums of installing the dialog plugins but it turns out that they are already installed. Installed since
the Muon package manager disconnects-plasma several times but it remains the same.
