Are you using a non-integer font size too? If so, it's probably a recurrence of https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-92006, or some new related Qt issue. Very low chance it's an issue with any KDE code. The bug occurs with default font sizes. Looking at those screenshots, I see all of them using the same plugin loader component. That seems quite related. Doing some digging, 9342dfae19116af0c08e0b7b1337a562aa78d06e seems like it was trying to fix this issue and went in on November 8th. You're saying you can still reproduce it now, Patrick? Cannot reproduce anymore.
