SUMMARY
Applets should animate while floating and defloating


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open an applet (eg Kick off)
2. Pin the applet so that it won't close
3. Open a window and toggle between full screen and not full screen.

OBSERVED RESULT
Applet floats and defloats without any animation

EXPECTED RESULT
Applet should smoothly float and defloat.
