STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set Breeze Dark global theme
2. open KDE Connect KCM
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
links with low contrast seen in the attached screenshot

EXPECTED RESULT
links with better contrast

Is it a darker color than the link visible in the User Feedback KCM?

Thanks. In that case the bug is that this KCM isn't using the link color from the color scheme.
