SUMMARY

I read about KDE Connect Remote Keyboard, which I'm expecting will let me type on my laptop's keyboard to input text into my phone. My laptop has Pop_OS!, which is based on Gnome.

My phone is LineageOS, however, as mentioned in the steps to reproduce, the issue seems to be that I can't find the Remote Input setting on my laptop. (I was following the steps described here: https://cubiclenate.com/2018/04/16/kde-connect-remote-keyboard/ but that person is using Plasma, which makes me suspect that it needs to be implemented for non-Plasma environments.)

My version of KDE Connect is 21.12.3-0ubuntu1, which is the latest that my package manager has.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install KDE Connect on my Linux laptop
2. Install KDE Connect app on my phone
3. Pair my laptop to my phone
4. Enable KDE Remote Keyboard in the settings on my phone
5. When typing on my phone, switch to the KDE Remote keyboard via a button on the keyboard
6. Should be able to send input to the phone via a Remote Keyboard option in the system tray, but I can't find a Remote Keyboard option
