SUMMARY
Panel stops defloating after turning off "Auto hide" option. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable floating panel
2. Enter edit mode and enable "Auto-Hide" for panel. You don't need to do it if already done. 
2. Disable "Auto hide"

OBSERVED RESULT
Panel stop defloating when a window touches it.

EXPECTED RESULT
Panel should defloat when a window touches it.

Qt Version: 6.6.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
You need to restart plasmashell to get the functionality back.

Can reproduce. I suspect it's related to Bug 476757.
