OBSERVED RESULT

Actually the  auto-completion popup is showing after write 4 character only or shortcut.

EXPECTED RESULT

Give the possibility to put a custom number to showing  the  auto-completion popup.

Configure Kate -> Editing -> Auto completion.

Set your desired value.

Note that it may or may not be honored by some completion providers e.g., LSP which has its own way of determining when to start showing completion.
