Display corruption when changing resolution from 4k to 1080p.
Specs:
Thinkpad T14 Gen 2a
R7 5850U
Vega 8, I think
24gb ram
4k internal display


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open display configuration
2. Change resolution from 4k to 1080p
3. apply

OBSERVED RESULT
major display corruption mostly excluding top left

EXPECTED RESULT
display resolution changes to 1080p and rescales accordingly to fit whole screen

This is a GPU driver bug, but we've worked around it in Plasma 6; see Bug 476060.
