Your report is not completely clear. Can you not save one particular file, or all files? You can either manually type the .kra suffix after the filename, or select the kra option in the file type dropdown; if that option really is not the dropdown, please provide a screenshot of the file dialog. Also, please provide the log file from help->krita log for bug reports.
