Where's the background frame?

Created attachment 162772 [details] Where's the background frame? See attached screenshot of the System Tray's framed scrollview. Also reproduces for all other framed scrollviews in all other widget config windows. Did some bisecting in qqc2-desktop-style but wasn't able to find the cause. Might be caused by a change elsewhere.
