Scaling of the virt-manager graphical console on Wayland

SUMMARY
On the Wayland session, when a user increases the value of the "Global scale", Virtual Machine Manager's graphics console scales as well showing virtual machine content in a very small size.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to the System Settings > Display and Monitor > Display configuration
2. Set "Global scale" to 125%
3. Launch QEMU/KVM virtual machine using virt-manager
4. Go to the graphical console

OBSERVED RESULT
The rendered image is very small (approx 1/3 of the expected image)

EXPECTED RESULT
Graphical console doesn't get scaled

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS

What content is scaled and how it's scaled is up to the application. Please report this to virt-manager
