STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Writer
2. 
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
The libreoffice start image disappears and then appears again and then opens the application.

EXPECTED RESULT
When starting, load and open normally.

Windows: 
macOS:

It is installed as it came in the original.

Thank you for your bug report! This seems like intended behavior of LibreOffice Writer. Doesn't seem to be related to KDE stuff.
