STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click the button normally
2. Click on the google apps button and the application icon
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
The app simply won't run

EXPECTED RESULT
Start

Windows: 
macOS: 
Linux/KDE Plasma: openSUSE Leap KDE

I did something that caused this error, but I don't remember what.

Hi, thank you for your bug report! Could you attach some screenshots or videos demonstrating what happens? I am not sure I understand what is going on just looking at the description..

I have the flatpak and the official rpm installed. At rpm it doesn't open,
only the flatpak opens.

What happens when you run the program through the command line? If you right click the application in the launcher, and go to edit-application -> application, you can see the command line that it tries to run. Then, you can run that command in the command line.

Right now this doesn't seem to be a KDE problem..

Why are you running chrome via sudo? Typically running GUI applications as root is not supported.
