STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a dock and enable auto hide/dodge maximize windows...
2. Try to summon it by edge hover

OBSERVED RESULT
Rarely it will show up


EXPECTED RESULT
Always show up

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I have tried enabling "Activate kwin edge after hiding", when I hover the bottom edge, a green highlight sometimes shows up, but does not show to correlate with dock summon.
Also I don't have any hot corners activated.
When I run lattedock in -d --graphics, no "2px green line" show up, neither when activating kwin edge nor disabling it.
