Created attachment 162609 [details] exemple of the text area SUMMARY *** Hello, I usually compile some PDFs that have a text area made of little squares (see the attachment) that should be filled with a single character. In okular it's pretty difficult to fill this kind of PDFs with the text tool, because you should fill a single character per time. These fields are made by a standard number of characters that it's always the same (like a bank account number) Can you please consider if it's possible add an option which makes the text to automatically fit the area selected by the user? The user may select the whole area between the first and the last square then write the text. Okular should fill that selected area using a character spacing that fills the length and a character height that fills the height of the area ***
