SUMMARY
I have photos on a NAS with a url of smb://diskstation/nas disk/Backups/Photography/Photos
I can see this share and it's files in the File Manager
I cannot enter this into the system nor can I navigate to it thru the Settings>Configure digiKam

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open App
2. Click Settings
3. Click Configure digiKam
4. Click Collections on Network Shares ' Add Collection'
OBSERVED RESULT
Cannot browse to the smb share or enter the shares url

EXPECTED RESULT
Be able to browse to or enter the share so I can use photos on the NAS
I only see Computer and my home folder as items to 'Look in' in step 4 above

Hi,

You needs to mount previously the samba share on your client computer before to register this on digiKam setup collection.
