Clicking the button shows it being active but nothing is being shown.

SUMMARY

If I have a window set as "keep above others" the submenu from the titlebar menu button/popup gets displayed underneath and becomes completely unusable.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Make window "keep above others"
2. Try to open the menu from the titlebar button

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: EndeavourOS
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.8
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.111.0
Qt Version: 5.15.11

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Attaching a screenshot of the problem. I click the button but the menu is not showing. Turning off "appear above others" makes the menu appear normally.

To clarify, I have spoken to the reporter and this is a Wayland-only issue.
