Probably the result of using Cooker. Please report bugs in development distros to the distro itself. I have the same error in Gentoo with KDE v.3.0.3 and v.3.0.8 (beta2). Now it work !! In Gentoo, you have to use just "-march=athlon-xp -O2 -pipe" CFLAGS. Maybe the same thing had happen in Cooker for Mandrake. Sound works in all other applications, except noatun... I'm using Debian, Sarge on a DELL Optiplex GX-1. It has a CS4236 (Crystal) sound chipset. Can't figure out why it's not working. |
