SUMMARY
It used to be possible to only scan a certain partition with filelight. This seems to have been requested in 385155 and subsequently implemented.
After a not so recent update, this option seems to have disappeared.

Am I missing something here, or does this feature just not exist any more?

Hi! Have you tried using the "scan across filesystem boundaries" and "exclude remote filesystems" settings? They are still present. You can also use the "do not scan these folders" feature exclude folders.

These settings are broken in some releases: bug# 473951

That has already been fixed. If it is not working on your end, you can update to the newest released version.
