F11 is the standard keyboard shortcut to make a web browser full screen, which is what most people know, and this has been adopted by Kwrite, Kate, Gwenview, VLC and is used to hide/show the preview pane in Dolphin and the standard open/save dialog box. 


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dragon, press F11


OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing


EXPECTED RESULT
Go full screen. Can F11 key be made an alternate for the F key in place of Ctrl-Shift-F?
