I've experienced something similar using KDE on different installations and distros over time: Manjaro, KDE Neon, OpenSUSE Tumbleweed, and now EndeavourOS. Specifically, after a while, Dolphin began opening on startup to a specific directory, that I had not specified anywhere in any configuration. I had Dolphin initially set to show folders, tabs, etc. from last time, and I most recently tried to specify showing my $HOME on startup. Both times, it defaults to some other directory. Currently, I'm using: EndeavourOS KDE Plasma Version 6.2.4 KDE Frameworks Version 6.9.0 Qt Version: 6.8.1 Kernel Version: 6.12.4-arch1-1 (64-bit) Graphics Platform: Wayland |
