SUMMARY
Printer is not visible in Okular snap version on Ubuntu 23.04

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Ubuntu 23.04
2. Install Ocular snap using Ubuntu Software
3. Start Ocular and display print dialog - there is only Print to .pdf option (which also don't work and displays GPL Ghostscript 9.55.0: Can't find initialization file gs_init.ps. error in terminal)
4. Remove Ocular snap and install .deb version instead using Ubuntu Software
5.  Start Ocular and see that printer is there

OBSERVED RESULT
Printers are not displayed in Ocular snap - probably some snap permission issue?

EXPECTED RESULT
Printers are displayed and usable

Hi, I am the snap maintainer. This is fixed in the 23.08 release, which is still in candidate but will be released in the next coming days.

Okular snap now uses the cups plug which allows it to see/use printers. Please update to 23.08.3 in the snap store.
