SUMMARY
Unable to scroll the language list after selecting Settings\Configure Language\Primary language.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Settings\Configure Language\Primary language and it will show the languages list, but without the arrows to be able to scroll.

OBSERVED RESULT
Unable to scroll the language list after selecting Settings\Configure Language\Primary language. The list does not show the arrows to scroll down/up.

EXPECTED RESULT
The list should show the arrows to scroll down/up.

With the nightly build I can scroll in that on Win11
