Any news ? Tx Hello, Unfortunately I can't reproduce the crash myself on current git master, and the backtrace is incomplete and missing debug symbols for the following lines that we need to figure out exactly what's going wrong: Could you please install debug symbols and attach a new symbolicated backtrace generated by using coredumpctl gdb in a terminal window? See https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports#Retrieving_a_backtrace_using_coredumpctl for details about how to do this. Thanks again! Dear Bug Submitter, This bug has been in NEEDSINFO status with no change for at least 15 days. Please provide the requested information as soon as possible and set the bug status as REPORTED. Due to regular bug tracker maintenance, if the bug is still in NEEDSINFO status with no change in 30 days the bug will be closed as RESOLVED > WORKSFORME due to lack of needed information. akonadi_maildispatcher_agent (5.22.3 (22.12.3)) using Qt 5.15.8
the maildispathcher_agent crashes when I try to send an email. It happens every time, on both x11 and wayland sessions (there are lots of glitches kmail on wayland, which is why I mention this).
This is happening after upgrading from the openSUSE 15.5 packages to the latest KDE repo packages.

akonadi_maildispatcher_agent (5.22.3 (22.12.3)) using Qt 5.15.8
This is happening for me. I try to send an email and the main_dispatcher crashes. It happens every time. I switched from the standard opensuse 15.5 packages to the KDE repo packages.
It happens on both x11 and wayland (I say this because I get a lot of glitches on wayland and thought that might be related).

My apologies for the multiple postings. The automatic bug submission did not confirm anything was submitted (just the spiny wheel), after trying three times and (apparently) failing I logged in to submit it and found it had already. I suppose that's a bug in dr Konqi... Do you use smtp mailtransport ? (In reply to Laurent Montel from comment #9) > Do you use smtp mailtransport ? Yes, for one account (gmail), and exchange for two others. I have had to switch back to the standard opensuse 15.5 packages for the time being (busy time at work, can't afford not to have email working right now). |
