SUMMARY

You have the system-settings window not very big, 2 sections, and you use the central scrollbar to see other sections.
After 2 seconds, the icon changes and it just moves the whole window.

EXPECTED RESULT
The central scrollbar only shows the parts hidden when it is kept pressed.
