SUMMARY
Flatpak applications installed at extra (customized location) does not show in menu.  (e.g. following the instruction of https://docs.flatpak.org/en/latest/tips-and-tricks.html#adding-a-custom-installation)

EXPECTED RESULT
These applications also show in menu.
