systemsettings on my system - little space in left pane

I was just reading the latest blog of Nate Graham https://pointieststick.com/2023/10/06/this-week-in-kde-re-organized-system-settings/ . There is a nice screenshot of his systemsettings window.
Only on my system the left pane of the main window of systemsettings has much less space.
Lots of items have to end with "..." on my system because there is not enough space. I have no clue what causes this.
I add attachments myself.
