firefox launches from the app menu, but when launched from a shortcut it makes the whole screen black for a second and dose not open

We need more information to be able to assist you.
Firstly, where is the shortcut you are attempting to launch? Perhaps do a screen recording and attach it to the bug report.
Secondly, what system are you running? You can go to System Settings -> About this System and click on the "Copy to Clipboard" button and paste the output to this bug report.
