STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Make sure Wayland is being used both by the DE and by KdenLive
2. Open Kdenlive Flatpak

OBSERVED RESULT
Kdenlive crashes on startup whether you reset the configuration files or not

EXPECTED RESULT
Kdenlive opens to new untitled project as normal

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
OS: Debian 12 Bookworm
DE: Gnome 43.6 (with fractional scaling enabled)
Windowing system: Wayland
Linux kernal: 6.1.0-12-amd64

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If I disable Wayland for Kdenlive via Flatseal, it opens fine under Xwayland
