SUMMARY
I installed "neon-settings-experimental", following below instruction:

sudo apt install neon-settings-experimental
sudo apt update
sudo apt dist-upgrade

https://blog.neon.kde.org/2023/08/04/announcing-kde-neon-experimental/

And unfortunately this caused I cannot update the system since 3 days. Below details.

Yes, the new qt6 release isn't finished yet here as one is beta. It looks like they finished it this morning.

I'm not going to test it. Just back to "Unstable Edition", which I can update every day.
I believe that when other (qt5) applications (konsole and others) will be ready for qt6 then will appear in "Unstable Edition".
