Current git master built against Qt6, on Plasma 6 Wayland, with 200% scale and 11pt Noto Sans font.

In the past a context menu could be accessed by either right-clicking on these list items, or by hovering over them and clicking on the three-dot button that appeared on the right side. Neither of those are visible/working, so I can't get a context menu anymore.
