STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a floating panel 
2. Click on "Peek at desktop" applet

OBSERVED RESULT
blue highlight on applet extends beyond the panel. See screenshot

EXPECTED RESULT
highlight doesn't extend beyond the panel

Suggestion to rename the bug title, because it is not limited specifically to "Peek at desktop" applet — it just happened to be the last one on a panel by default. However, I can only see the highlight extending beyond panel on the right (trailing) side; but it's completely within panel's bounds on the left (leading) side such as Kickoff by default.
