SUMMARY
Blurry fonts in some built-in apps when using two monitors, Wayland and fractional scaling.
It's reproducible in settings, activities view, info center.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect second monitor
2. Log in to Plasma Wayland
3. Set first monitor's scaling to 150% and seconds to 100%
4. Re-login
5. Open Settings, Activities (Win+W) or Info Center

OBSERVED RESULT
Blurry Fonts on second monitor

EXPECTED RESULT
Normal Fonts on second monitor

This should be fixed in Plasma 6 already. It's working for me.
