STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  open the dolphin file manager
2.  click folder like this:   /run/media/imic/backup/新建文件夹/新建文件夹/新建文件夹/海说明/vpn申请等/2022-abcd_中国
3.  you may get a error

this may calused by zsh.   when i use bash command, its ok
