SUMMARY
***
When I press F12 (or other configured key) OR click on the yakuake systray icon it doesn't show up if specific website is shown in browser. I have this effect both with firefox/firefox safe mode (118.0.1) and chromium (117.0.5938.92).
Example websites are:
* https://manjaro.org/
* https://www.bing.com/
* https://eltern.kitaplus.de/

The window manager (xfce) hotkeys to change the virtual desktop still work, so not all hotkeys are broken by these websites. But because clicking on the yakuake systray icon also stops working this is maybe no relevant information.
***

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open one of the example websites in the browser (firefox or chromium)
2. Press F12 or click on the yakuake systray icon
3.

OBSERVED RESULT
yakuake doesn't shows up

I feel like this needs a lot more detail. Which browser, which websites?

Sorry, it seems your original comment wasn't loading for me. Seeing additional information now, but I can't reproduce this with either Firefox or Chromium on the sites you mentioned as examples.
