1. when a crash notification appears, click on its "Restart app" button

OBSERVED RESULT
drkonqi icon bounces near the mouse pointer

EXPECTED RESULT
the icon of the restarted app bounces near the mouse pointer

Happens because we don't actually know what desktop file the app was associated with.

Cannot reproduce on Plasma 6.6 beta nor on neon unstable.
