Currently in the kwin rules dialog there is no destinction between the values a should have to apply the rules, and what parameters the window should then get.

Example:
Window should be firefox, standard window

Window should get maximized when detected as such

I dont know if it works like that, or the roles are simply preset without this "before" and "after" and replace variable values like "this window may be fullscreen or not depending on the app". 

If window rules work like that, without the "these are the values an app should have to be detected" and "these are the rules the window should get after the changes", then this bug can be closed.
