SUMMARY
When I set custom icons for folders in Dolphin, they later revert back to the default folder icon seemingly at random. This is caused by closing then re-opening Dolphin, or sometimes by simply refreshing the current view. This happens despite the `.directory` files being present.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change the icons of multiple folders.
2. Close then re-open Dolphin, or refresh the current view.

OBSERVED RESULT
The folders revert back to the default folder icon.

EXPECTED RESULT
Folders should keep the icons that the user set for them.
