If you import a file and remove it from the Project Bin but you won't be able able to remove it from your disk until you close Kdenlive.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a file to Project Bin
2. Remove the file from Project Bin
3. Try to remove it from the disk withot exiting Kdenlive

OBSERVED RESULT
The file is blocked from deletion by Kdenlive

EXPECTED RESULT
Remove file from disk after removing it from Project Bin
