(*** This bug was imported into bugs.kde.org ***)

Package: kate
Version: KDE 3.0.7
Severity: normal
Installed from: Compiled From Sources
Compiler: gcc 2.95.3
OS: Linux
OS/Compiler notes: Not Specified

When any "transparent" mode is selected in the Kate incorporated "konsole" the background image is not correctly refreshed when resizing the "konsole". It seems the original "background shot" is duplicated as many times as needed to fill the new size (if the new size is bigger).
This doesn't happen when resizing the complete Kate window but only when resizing the "konsole" inside the Kate window.

Cannot reproduce this with KDE 3.1rc4.
