SUMMARY
Trying to add a new account stuck on `Setting up Account` indefinitely without any details on what went wrong or what's going on

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Settings -> Add Account
2. Provide personal info, in this case the email is an outlook email address
3. Deselect both options in `Secure your Communication` step
4. Choose POP3
5. For user name fill your outlook email address. 
    Incoming server: outlook.office365.com 
    Outgoing server: Smtp.office365.com
6. Click next

OBSERVED RESULT

The application stuck indefinitely on the `Setting up Account` page with no information what is going on.

EXPECTED RESULT

Successfully add an account.
