The problem here is that Itinerary doesn't know where the event is (although there is a proper address in the location field), so it doesn't know what the local time is and therefore uses the timezone specified in the iCal, which is UTC. If you edit the event in Itinerary to have a location that is sufficiently precise to determine the timezone (state/country or geo coordinate in that case I think) it should show the times correctly.
