SUMMARY
Since one of Plasma 5.27's point releases (or perhaps a Frameworks update), Plasma notifications overlap with a vertical panel on the right side of the screen.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
I can reproduce this consistently regardless of the notifying app.

OBSERVED RESULT
See the attached screenshot.

EXPECTED RESULT
Notifications do not overlap with the panel they are shown next to.

Can you reproduce by running `notify-send foo bar` in a terminal window? I just tried this with a 78px vertical panel on Plasma 6 Wayland and it didn't do the wrong thing.

Looks like this got fixed with the 5.27.8 update, closing

Nope, still have it with 5.27.8, not sure what triggers it because I don't immediately notice it

The panel is non-autohide, non-floating

Can you reproduce this in Plasma 6.3 or git master?
