Current kde.org screenshots only show applications in English interfaces. In order to increase familiarity with the software, localised screenshots would help, and greatly improve the impression of the web page at first glance.

The process to create localised screenshots should be automatised, since KDE's language scope is rather broad. In order to trigger localised screenshots, the prerequisite would be having the pages translated more than something like 90%, then including the screenshots with the repository.

The places that it would benefit greatly:
- Main kde.org page screenshots
- Plasma screenshots
- Plasma and KDE Gear release notes

I forgot to mention, the related stable l10n branch of the said application must be 100% translated in the time of the screenshot creation, to ensure no untranslated messages are presented on the screenshot.

Seems like a good idea, but I wonder if it's feasible given our level of resourcing.

I think Selenium could be used to automatise such a task. After optimising the visuals, I doubt they would take much space, considering websites are not translated into many languages at the moment.
