In some languages if you correctly fill the Given name and Family name fields, the name order will be reversed.

Basically it would mean adding an option to reverse the displayed name order from "SurName FamilyName" to "FamilyName SurName" and setting this as default when using Korean, Japanese, Cantonese or Hungarian (please extend if I forgot any languages)

Partially overlapping:
Many people (like me) also prefer having contacts shown LastName, FirstName sorted by last name (if available).

I don't need all Aarons at the top and all Xaviers at the bottom...
